Data Management Plans: FAIRify your Data!

Under the motto "Research Data Management: More than just a FAIRytale!" at the RDM Days 2020, a workshop will again be held in Weimar this year. In the workshop with the motto "Data Management Plans: FAIRify your Data!" the published "Guidelines for Handling Research Data" at the Bauhaus-Universität will be discussed and various offers of help are shown. In the second part of the event, Ms. Kerstin Helbig (Research Data Management Coordinator at the Humboldt University in Berlin) gives a lecture on data management plans and how they are designed according to the FAIR principles. All professors, artistic and scientific employees of the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar and other research institutions are invited.

Participation in this workshop is free. The registration is mandatory in order to be able to contact the participants if the location or time of the event changes at short notice. Participants will be sent the access link to the webinar by email one week in advance and another reminder shortly before the event begins.

The Big Blue Button application is used for the webinar. No additional software or browser plugins are required. Participants in the webinar are muted at the beginning but can ask questions in the chat at any time. In the open discussion, rights can be given to participants so that they can also participate via microphone.
