TKFDM participates in the LOVE DATA WEEK 2024

LOVE DATA WEEK is an international week of action dedicated to discussing research data. Under the motto "My kind of data", Love Data Week 2024 will be celebrated worldwide from February 12-16 with numerous events on a wide variety of RDM topics. From Thuringia, we are participating in LOVE DATA WEEK 2024 with the following three free events:

 

1. My Data, My Love: How to Wow the World with Your Data Publications - a Love Data Week 2024 Workshop

Monday, February 12, 2024 | 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM

In this workshop, researchers will learn how to select and prepare research data for publication, where and how to publish it, and how to maximize the visibility of their publications, inspiring colleagues and the community. The workshop will be conducted in English.

2. Thuringian Consultation Hour for Research Data and Software

Thursday, February 15, 2024 | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The online office hours for research data and software are open to all researchers in Thuringia. During the specified period, experts from the Digital Research Competence Center and a Data Steward from the TKFDM will assist you with your software and data projects. Consultations will be offered in both English and German.

3. And now FDM?! Sharing of Experiences on Proposal Consultation for Third-Party Funding at Universities of Applied Sciences

Thursday, February 15, 2024 | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM

This offering is organized in cooperation with projects funded by the BMBF program 'Research Data Management at Universities of Applied Sciences'. It is intended for RDM consultants and employees supporting research and transfer activities at UAS. Researchers and other interested parties are also welcome to contribute their experiences. The exchange will be conducted in German.
